As a retired Registered Nurse and certified in Plant-Based Nutrition, I have spent the past four years focused on helping people achieve better health and wellbeing. In recent years, I have worked closely with individuals facing chronic health challenges, offering emotional support and sharing practical insights into plant-based nutrition.
My personal journey with health challenges has given me firsthand understanding of the value of compassionate support. I found it deeply reassuring to have someone to talk to alongside licensed healthcare providers, which inspired me to offer the same to others.
